In this article we will show you how you can add a visitor.
Step 1: Click on the Front Office menu.
Step 2: Click on the Visitor Book sub menu.
Step 3: To add visitors, on the Add Visitor page, select Purpose.
Step 4: Enter Name, Phone, ID Card and Number of Person.
Step 5: Select Date, In Time and Out Time.
Step 6: Enter the note.
Step 7: Attach any PDF or image file related to Visitor.
Step 8: Click on Save button.
This way you can add visitors.
