23. How to delete Complain Type?

In this article we will show you how you can delete the complain type.

Step 1: Click on the Front Office menu.

Step 2: Click on Setup Front Office sub menu.

Step 3: Click on the Complain Type tab.

Step 4: In the Complain Type list, check Complain type.

Step 5: To delete Complain Type, click on Delete icon present in Complain Type List..

Step 6: Click on Okay button in Message pop up.

This way you can delete the Complain Type.
