In this article we will show you how you can add a complaint.
Step 1: Click on the Front Office menu.
Step 2: Click on the Complaint sub menu.
Step 3: Select Complain Type, Source.
Step 4: Complain By, enter Phone.
Step 5: Select Date.
Step 6: Enter Description, Action Taken, Assigned and Note.
Step 7: If there is any PDF or image file related to the complain, then you can attach it.
Step 8: Click on Save button.
That way, you can add any complain.
