\n– Verify the current session<\/a>

\n*Before generating duplicate LC, the clerk need to request the principal to enable the duplicate LC button for that particular student.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For Principal Account Only:<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nTo enable the duplicate LC button, the principal will go to Certificate > Generate LC<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0then select\u00a0Class<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Section<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and then click on the\u00a0Search<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button. You can also\u00a0search\u00a0the student by keyword in\u00a0Search Text Box<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and then click on the\u00a0Search<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button.
\nThe list of searched records is shown at the bottom of the page. You can see the student list in list-view and detailed-view by clicking\u00a0List View<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Details View<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/p>\n

To generate a student LC click on the Show<\/strong><\/span> icon present at the\u00a0Action<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0column in the student list, on click of this icon\u00a0student profile page\u00a0will be open.<\/p>\n

At the bottom of the student profile page<\/strong><\/span>, you will see the Enable Duplicate LC<\/span> button<\/span><\/strong>. Click on enable duplicate LC button, it will ask for the confirmation, click on OK.<\/p>\n

Now, the clerk from their account can able to generate the duplicate LC by following the same process
