In this article we will show how students or parents can use the name app of their institute.<\/span><\/p>\n First go to play store. <\/span>Search the name of your institute on the play store, and download the app and open the app.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.Log IN<\/b><\/p>\n To login to the app, enter the phone number registered with the institute. <\/span>Select Log in with Parent or Student.<\/span><\/p>\n Click on the submit button.<\/span><\/p>\n Username and password for login is sent to you through the system.<\/span><\/p>\n Enter that username and password in the login screen.<\/span><\/p>\n Click on Log In.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n After successful login, you can see the dashboard of the app.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n You can see the profile of the student by clicking on the Profile menu. Here you can see the all over details of the student. If the sibling is registered on the same number, then you can check the relative child details in the app by clicking on the switch child button in the drawer.<\/span><\/p>\n From here you can change the profile picture of the student. To change the profile, by clicking on the edit icon\u00a0 present in the profile page, then click on the Change Photo button and select the photo. Click on the submit button.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In this way you can change the profile picture of the student.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Here you can check the details of the fees of the students by clicking on the Fees menu.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0You can see here Details of Particular Fee Code.<\/span><\/p>\n After the fee is paid, click on the View button of the fee code to view its details.<\/span><\/p>\n If your institute has a facility of online free payment then click on pay link.<\/span><\/p>\n In this way you can see the fee details of the student.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n To see the timetable of the student, click on the timetable menu. Here you can see the time table of the class of the student.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Click on the Lesson Plan menu to view the Weekly Lesson Plan. Here you can see the weekly lesson plan of the student.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Click on the Syllabus Status menu to view subject wise syllabus status.<\/span><\/p>\n Here you can see syllabus status in percentage how much you have completed the syllabus of the particular subject.<\/span><\/p>\n To see Present Lessons and Topics in Particular Subjects, click on the Lesson Topics icon present in Subjects.<\/span><\/p>\n Here you can see the lessons and topics present in the subject.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Students can check the homework details assigned to the student in the Homework screen by clicking on the Homework menu.<\/span><\/p>\n You can see the homework description by clicking on the View button.<\/span><\/p>\n You can download the homework attachment by clicking on the Homework download button.<\/span><\/p>\n You can upload your homework by clicking on the Up arrow button. You can attach an image related to homework by entering the homework description.<\/span><\/p>\n You can submit homework by clicking on the submit button.<\/span><\/p>\n When the teacher evaluates the homework, at that time the status of homework goes from Incomplete to complete.<\/span><\/p>\n In this way you can check homework details and upload homework.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Click on the ONLINE EXAMS menu to view the upcoming online exams assigned to the student.<\/span><\/p>\n Here you can see the details of the online exam.<\/span><\/p>\n Students can attempt the particular Online Exams on given date and time in the APP.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n If you want to apply for student leave, then you can do it through the app.<\/span><\/p>\n Click on the Apply Leave menu. Click on the plus button.<\/span><\/p>\n By selecting From Date and To Date, You can attach if there is any document related to the reason.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Enter the reason and click on submit button. In this way students can apply for leave.<\/span><\/p>\n Here you can also edit and delete leaves.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n If the teacher uploads documents related Assignment, Study Material, Syllabus You can download by clicking on the download center menu in the app.<\/span><\/p>\n Here you can download assignments, study material, syllabus related to the documents uploaded by the teacher.<\/span><\/p>\n You can download those documents by clicking on the arrow button.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n To check attendance, by clicking on the Attendance menu, here you can check the monthly attendance of the student.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n You can check the upcoming exams of the students by clicking on the Examination menu.<\/span><\/p>\n By clicking on the Exam Schedule button, you can see the exam schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n After the publication of the exam result, you can see the result of the exam by clicking on the exam result icon.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Here you can see the day wise notice by clicking on the notice board menu.<\/span><\/p>\n To view the notice details, by clicking on the view button of the notice. Here you can see the notice details.<\/span><\/p>\n In this way you can check the notices.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n By clicking on the Timeline menu, the teacher has given the students remarks and if there is any certificate related to the student, then you can see it in the app. You can download the certificate by clicking on the arrow button.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n By clicking on the plus icon on the My Documents menu If the student wants to add any pending documents and normal documents, then you can submit them through the app. You can attach the document by clicking on the upload button. In this way you can submit documents.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n To give teacher ratings and reviews, students can give reviews and ratings to teachers here by clicking on the teachers review menu.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n By clicking on the library menu, the present books and related details in the library can be seen in the students app. Here you can see the books issued by the library and their details. After returning the book, it shows status as returned.<\/span><\/p>\n To check the present books in the library, click on the Books button present in the top right corner. Here you can see the books present in the library and the details of the books and their quantity subject wise.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n To know about the institute, click on the About Institute menu.
