About Fees Collection"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>In Fees Collection module, you can effortlessly <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">manage<\/span> student Fees Collection and maintain fees related data.<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*Fees Master is created session wise so you need to enter Fees Master data for every session.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>In this model, we collect the fees, adjust the fee discount and see the fees collected by the student from the payment id.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Fees collection module workflow:-\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>First we will configure the\u00a0<strong>Fees Type, Fees Group, Fees Master<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Fees Reminder<\/strong>\u00a0and prepare our fees structure for the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">current session<\/span> and then we will <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">collect fees<\/span> of the students then we will <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">search fees<\/span> payment and search due fees and check all reports and Students can also look for details of fees and can pay fees.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWe will create fees structure in the system by using, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Fees Type<\/strong><\/span> (under fees type we collect different types of fees such as Admission Fees, Months wise Fees, Uniform Fees, Exam fees, Library Fees, Sports Fees, Transport Fees etc.). <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Fees Group<\/strong><\/span> (we use fee groups to create different types of groups.) And then <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">allocate\/allocate<\/span> this fee group to the entire class-section or a particular student.
