In this article we will show you how you can add a visitor.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Click on the Front Office menu.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 2<\/strong>: Click on the Visitor Book sub menu.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 3<\/strong>: To add visitors, on the Add Visitor page, select Purpose.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 4<\/strong>: Enter Name, Phone, ID Card and Number of Person.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 5<\/strong>: Select Date, In Time and Out Time.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 6<\/strong>: Enter the note.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 7<\/strong>: Attach any PDF or image file related to Visitor.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 8<\/strong>: Click on Save button.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
