To collect<\/span> fees, go to Fees Collection > Collect Fees<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0then select\u00a0Class<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Section<\/strong> and then click on the\u00a0Search<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button. You can also search student<\/span><\/span> by keyword<\/span> in\u00a0Search Text Box<\/strong> and click on the\u00a0Save<\/strong><\/span> button. The list of students will be shown at the below of the page.<\/p>\n

To view<\/span> fees detail click on\u00a0Collect Fees<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button present at\u00a0Action<\/strong><\/span> column in the student list, on click<\/span> of this button Student Fees<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>page will be open. Here you can see all assigned<\/span> student fees details. To collect<\/span> fees click on\u00a0Add<\/span> (+)<\/strong> icon present in action column, on click<\/span> of this icon modal<\/span> will be open.<\/p>\n

Check and Fill<\/span>\u00a0all the entries like Date, Amount, Discount Group, Discount, Fine, Payment Mode<\/strong>\u00a0(Cash, Cheque, DD, Bank Transfer, UPI, and Card) and\u00a0Note<\/strong>\u00a0(if you have any note) and then click on\u00a0Collect Fees<\/strong><\/span> button.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you want to print<\/span> fees receipt click on Collect & Print<\/strong><\/span> button. Now fees have been collected and\u00a0Revert<\/strong><\/span> button visible for reverting the fees. For printing<\/span> Fees Receipt<\/strong>\u00a0click on\u00a0Print<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button from\u00a0Action<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0column.<\/p>\n

To collect multiple fees<\/span>, at the same time select multiple fees from left<\/span> checkboxes<\/span> then click on Collect Selected<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>button.<\/p>\n

If you have assign fees discount then you can do fees discount adjustment, click on Apply Discount<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>button from Action column, on click of this button Discount<\/strong>\u00a0modal<\/span> will be open.
