To create Lesson Plan first you should prepare Class Timetable from\u00a0Academics > Class Timetable<\/strong>.<\/span> Lesson Plan can be created teacher wise<\/span> so once you created\u00a0Class Timetable<\/strong> for the class, it will reflect in Manage Lesson Plan<\/strong><\/span>, select\u00a0Teacher<\/strong> dropdown.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, go to\u00a0Lesson Plan > Manage Lesson plan<\/strong>,<\/span> select\u00a0Teacher<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0for which you want to add\u00a0Lesson Plan<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(all teacher\u2019s whose timetable is created will show in\u00a0Manage Lesson Plan<\/strong> drop-down). Here at any period + sign button<\/span> will show to\u00a0Add<\/strong>\u00a0Lesson Plan<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0window for a selected teacher.<\/p>\n

Click on + icon button<\/span> to enter<\/span>\u00a0Lesson, Topic Sub Topic,<\/strong> (Date, Time From, Time To will come automatically<\/span> from the period), Lecture YouTube URL<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>(if you have lecture recorded video uploaded on YouTube),\u00a0Lecture Video\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>(if you have a lecture video file), Attachment<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>(any teaching material which will be available for student download), Teaching Methods, General Objectives, Previous Knowledge, Comprehensive Questions, Presentation<\/strong> (you can also add an image in presentation<\/span> from\u00a0Add Image<\/strong>\u00a0button present above the presentation field) details for\u00a0Lesson Plan<\/strong>\u00a0then finally click on\u00a0Save<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n
