About Human Resource"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The main function of the human resource module is to make necessary staff arrangements, maintain staff attendance for the school.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Human Resource module workflow:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First, we will add Department, Designation, Leave Type<\/li>\n<li>then we will add staff member from the Staff Directory,<\/li>\n<li>Then day by day Staff Attendance,<\/li>\n<li>and Payroll, Apply Leave, Approve Leave Request, Teacher Rating, Disabled Staff will be used<\/li>\n<li>If you want to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">add additional fields<\/span> in staff form then you can use\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Custom Fields<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0feature for this go to<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">System Settings &gt; Custom Fields<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and add your desired fields in Staff.<\/li>\n<li>If you also <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">don&#8217;t want any default fields<\/span> in staff then you can <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">disable<\/span> it from\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>System Settings &gt; System Fields<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and disable staff system fields.<\/li>\n<li>You can also check staff attendance and payroll report and student can also give rating for teachers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The main function of the human resource module is to make necessary staff arrangements, maintain staff attendance for the school.
