To add staff to staff directory, go to Human Resource > Staff Directory<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0click on\u00a0Add Staff<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button present at top right corner<\/span> in the page, on click of this button Basic Information<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>page will be open.<\/p>\n

\nFill all entries here\u00a0Staff ID, Role, Designation, Department, First Name, Last Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Email<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(Login Username)<\/span>,\u00a0Gender, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Phone, Emergency Contact Number, Marital Status, Photo, Current Address, Permanent Address, Qualification, Work Experience, Note, PAN Number.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you want to add more<\/span><\/strong> details of the Staff, then click on\u00a0+\u00a0icon<\/span><\/strong>. Here you fill all the details\u00a0Payroll \u2013 EPF No<\/strong>\u00a0(Employee provident Fund Number), Basic Salary, Contract Type, Work Shift, Location, Leaves \u2013 Medical Leave,<\/strong>\u00a0Casual Leave, Maternity Leave, Bank Account Details \u2013 Account Title, Bank Account Number,<\/strong>\u00a0Bank Name, IFSC Code, Bank Branch Number, Social Media Link \u2013 Facebook URL, Twitter URL, Linkedin URL, Instagram URL, Upload Documents \u2013 Resume, Joining Letter<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Other Documents<\/strong>\u00a0and then click on\u00a0Save<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0button. <\/p>\n

Here select\u00a0Role<\/strong><\/span> and then click on the\u00a0Search<\/strong><\/span> button, the list of staff will be shown at the bottom of the page. You can see staff list in card view and list view by clicking Card View<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0List View<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0tab.<\/p>\n
